The Avengers Mural Project

Located on the second floor of Dapoer Ngeboel Restaurant in Bintaro Jaya, this space primarily serves as a gathering area filled with a collection of superhero action figures. It provides a relaxing spot for 3D artists to unwind after hours of perfecting their 3D creations.
Because the business owner is a huge fan of The Avengers, a mural was created on one of the walls on the second floor of this Indonesian restaurant, which also serves as a 3D animation studio. The mural design, inspired by the superhero theme and the room's ambiance, was adjusted from being colorfull to monochrome to achieve a more striking effect.

Because the business owner is a huge fan of The Avengers, a mural was created on one of the walls on the second floor of this Indonesian restaurant, which also serves as a 3D animation studio. Even though the mural uses monochrome colors, achieving the best results requires several stages:
1. Sketching: The mural sketch is made as detailed as possible with proportional composition. Proportionality is the key to creating a "wow" effect when the mural is completed. Main details are done with a pencil, while areas that don't require special details are done with a brush. This approach speeds up the sketching process without sacrificing the quality of the wall painting.

2. Shading: The next step involves adding shadows using a spray technique. Wall paint is sprayed with high air pressure using a speed gun and paint compressor. During this stage, some sketch details may be reduced of volume.
3. Outlining: After shading, the mural is outlined to bring back the sharp details of the characters. This instantly creates a "wow" effect for anyone passing by.
4. Accenting: The final step is adding accents to the mural. For example, Iron Man's character receives finishing touches like glowing eyes and shiny metal layers, achieved by spraying wall paint with a speed gun, similar to the shading process.
The well-thought-out space concept, delicious local food, and warm atmosphere around the biliard table make this place a favorite for anyone who visits.
